Understanding and Practicing Consensual Non-Consent (CNC)

Consensual Non-Consent is a complex and advanced form of BDSM play that centers trust, self-awareness, and deep communication between partners. This workshop explores the psychological, emotional, and physical dimensions of CNC, with an emphasis on approaching this type of play responsibly, intentionally, and ethically. Participants will learn about CNC-specific negotiation, risk mitigation, and the application of RACK and PRICK principles within CNC scenes. We will also discuss the mental and physical aspects of pre-scene preparation, scene structure, and post-scene aftercare, ensuring experiences remain authentic without sacrificing safety or well-being. By the end of this class, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the responsibilities, awareness, and communication skills required to explore CNC fantasies within a framework of mutual consent and respect.
