Station Lead & Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the TAPAS Program at Kinky Kollege. This application is intended for individuals who are interested in leading or assisting with a “Try Me” kink station during the upcoming semester.

TAPAS stations are designed to offer short, introductory experiences for attendees in a variety of play styles, prioritizing safety, consent, and education. Please complete the form below in full. All responses will be reviewed

Consent & Conduct Acknowledgment

I am not currently under investigation for any incident involving consent violations, assault, or other conduct-related legal or ethical infractions—whether within Kinky Kollege or in any external kink, alternative lifestyle, or community-based organization.

I have not been found responsible, liable, or guilty in any past case—formally closed or otherwise—related to consent violations, assault, or behavior that violates community safety standards.

I understand that any misrepresentation or omission of relevant information may result in my removal from the TAPAS program and exclusion from current and/or future Kinky Kollege events.

I acknowledge and accept that Kinky Kollege, through its Ethics Committee, reserves the right to conduct an internal review of any reported concerns. This may include contacting references, reviewing community reports, and consulting with other organizations as appropriate.

I agree to promptly disclose to the Kinky Kollege Ethics Committee any future incidents, investigations, or outcomes related to consent, conduct, or safety that may arise during my involvement with the program or event.
