Freydís is a passionate educator and community advocate based in Chippewa Falls, WI, and is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a disabled and neurodivergent individual, they bring unique perspectives and lived experiences to their work – fostering empathy, inclusivity, and understanding. As a presenter, they specialize in crafting immersive experiences that balance humor, insight, and actionable knowledge. Puppies, Kittens, and Ponies in the dungeon?! What’s that about?! Freydís, a Pet Fox, leads a lecture-based discussion on the basics of Pet Play, potential ideas for engaging in Pet Play, and Pet Play safety. Are you interested in Pet Play but don’t know how to get started? Are you curious about why people choose Pet Play? Do you need help figuring out how to choose a Pet? Well, this is the class for you!
From Skill to Scene (1)
Many people begin their kink journey by learning individual skills or exploring specific interests with a partner. But once the basics are down, the next question often becomes: how do I turn this into a full scene? In this workshop, Freydís guides participants through the process of integrating skills into a cohesive, immersive experience. Learn how to build anticipation, create emotional and psychological context, and use your skills to explore deeper dynamics and storytelling in your play.
Neurovariant Dynamics (1)
Can a Power Exchange or Authority Transfer dynamic thrive when one or more participants are neurovariant? Absolutely! Drawing from lived experience, Freydís explores how neurodivergence can shape, challenge, and enrich D/s relationships. This class covers negotiation, communication, safety, play, and aftercare through a neuroinclusive lens—offering strategies for navigating tough conversations and building dynamics that honor each partner’s neurotype.
LGBTQIA+ in BDSM (Lunch Roundtable)
One of the many intersections of the BDSM community is with the LGBTQIA+ community. Freydís is a Genderfluid, Pansexual, Aceflux kinkster with a decade of LGBTQIA+ advocacy and community building experience, plus spent three years working in university LGBTQIA+ Resource Centers. Join them as they share their experiences navigating the BDSM community as an LGBTQIA+ kinkster – including the opportunity for attendees to share their experiences and ask questions. This discussion aims to cover queer kinksters’ experiences with inclusive and exclusive spaces, gender-affirming interactions and spaces, negotiations as a gender-expansive person, and more.
