Keera Joel is a holistic therapist, trauma-conscious yoga guide, Reiki Master, cuddle therapist,
and community organizer based in Duluth, Minnesota. Drawing from somatic practices,
attachment theory, and depth psychology, she creates spaces where people can explore
themselves and one another with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. She facilitates
workshops and discussion groups on topics including consent, communication, relationships,
nervous system regulation, and the intersection of kink, intimacy, and personal growth. Rather
than offering rigid formulas, Keera invites thoughtful dialogue that honors each person’s lived
experience and inner wisdom. Whether guiding movement, facilitating conversations, or holding
space one-on-one, her work centers on helping people cultivate deeper self-awareness,
meaningful connection, and a greater sense of wholeness.

Homecoming 2026 Classes

Clothing Optional Sensual Yoga (1)
This all-levels, clothing-optional yoga class is an invitation to slow down, inhabit your body with
curiosity, and honor yourself exactly as you are. Clothing is always optional, and participants are
encouraged to choose whatever helps them feel most comfortable and real. Together we’ll
explore gentle mobility, sensual and mindful movement, flexibility, and accessible strength-
building while bringing deep awareness to the body’s experience. We’ll notice the texture of the yoga mat beneath us, the feeling of our breath sliding in and out of our lungs, the warmth that builds within our muscles, and the subtle sensations of stretching, softening, and presence. There’s no need to get things perfect, be flexible, or look a certain way. Rather, this practice emphasizes listening to your body, moving at your own pace, and cultivating a deeper
relationship with yourself through mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodied awareness.

The Erotic Shadow: What Our Desires Can Teach Us About Ourselves (RT)
Our desires often surprise us, delight us, or even leave us feeling confused or ashamed.
What if, instead of judging them, we approached them with curiosity? This facilitated roundtable
explores the idea of the erotic shadow, the parts of ourselves that emerge through fantasy,
attraction, power, vulnerability, and play, and what they might reveal about our emotional lives,
values, and unmet needs. Together we’ll discuss how the nervous system shapes desire, why certain dynamics can feel deeply activating, and how practices like self-awareness, grounding, and regulation can help us navigate those experiences with greater intention. Rather than pathologizing or explaining away our desires, we’ll explore them as meaningful invitations to better understand ourselves, foster self-compassion, and create more conscious, connected experiences within kink and intimacy.
