Frequently Asked Questions

When does registration open?

Registration for the next Kinky Kollege will open at 4PM on the SECOND SUNDAY following each Kinky Kollege event. Future event dates are posted under a different FAQ.

For example,  Homecoming 2024 ends on Sunday, Oct 20.  Registration for the Spring 2025 will open Sunday, Nov 3 at 4PM.

When the event sells out will more registrations be made available later?

No. Once the event is sold out, it is sold out for good. We anticipate a routine number of cancelations and “overbook” accordingly.

When are the upcoming events?

The schedule for upcoming events can be found here.

Parking?

There is an on-site parking garage for a negotiated rate lower than the host hotel’s prices. In this past, this has been $20 per day, WITH in & out privileges. If you are staying at the host hotel, ask them to validate your parking when you check in with the KK discount.  If you ARE NOT staying at the host hotel, use the validation box near the KK security checkpoint to validate your parking ticket and receive the discount.

What To Wear?

You MUST be street legal AND dress respectfully of the other guests and staff of the hotel when you are NOT in the KK event space. Once you have passed our secured check-in you can be as dressed or as undressed as you like. Comfy to fetish, attendees run the gamut when it comes to dressing (or lack there of). There is a coat rack to hang coats and robes in our event space.

What To Expect?

Expect to meet a lot of great people and presenters, form new friendships, and so much more!  There is a lot to learn with dozens classes on various subjects.  You will also have the opportunity to shop a variety of vendors to start or add to your toy collection.

Security / Name Badges

Upon checking in, you will be given an ID badge you MUST wear at all times while in the event space.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  KK has a superb staff of security to make your experience the best it can be.  As a courtesy, most flip the badge over outside of the con space to reduce exposing the event.

Cell Phones?

Yes, you can bring your cell phones into the event space HOWEVER, you can ONLY bring them out if you are in the CELL PHONE ROOM.  Absolutely no phones are allowed out anywhere EXCEPT for the CELL PHONE ROOM (located next to the vendors room).

Who Should Attend Kinky Kollege?

EVERYONE from beginner to advanced to expert & anywhere in between. If you are even remotely curious about all of different aspects of BDSM – you NEED to attend – the amount of information you will receive during the weekend is invaluable! Oh AND THE PARTIES!!! OH THE PARTIES!!!

Attendance – Will there be singles at this event?

Yes. Many people attending this event will be single. There will be single Dom/Domme/Tops/Switches looking for submissives and single submissives looking for Dom/Dommes/bottoms/switches. This is a great place to meet like-minded people in a non-threatening, non-judgmental, safe environment. Make sure you attend the Kick-Off Party on Friday night which is a good place to meet like minded people.

Attendance – Who is welcome?

All persons of legal age, 18 and over with an interest in any alternative lifestyle are welcome to attend. If you are interested or involved in BDSM, a D/s or M/s relationship, any fetish, any gender, sexual orientation, single, coupled or poly, or into kinky roleplay, this event is for you. All are welcome! The safe and friendly atmosphere designed for Kinky Kollege will make you feel like you belong and are part of the Leather SINS Family.

Is there a meal plan for this event?

We do not have a meal plan at this event. We recommend the hotel dining room where people can order from the menu or buffet. We also suggest participation in the hotels box lunch program on Saturday; this will allow you to conveniently attend the round table lunch discussions.  More information about this will be said during the Friday Night Orientation (just before the play spaces open).

We highly recommend supporting the host hotel, as they are so supportive and accepting of our event.
