Primal Play

It’s raw, adrenaline pumping, teeth gnashing, growls deep in your throat. In this class, the animals inside come out to play and they play rough! We’ll talk about the challenges of getting into a primal headspace in play as well as the unique challenges of maintaining consent and awareness in those headspaces. We’ll talk through safety concerns as well as ways to engage in primal play that go far beyond just wrestling and grappling around. This class builds to a demo of these techniques that will have you ready to bare your own teeth in the dungeon
