A Maestro of community building, creating safe spaces for marginalized communities especially Black POC, conversations that invoke audacity and healing, filling in the gaps, and protecting her peace. Peaches runs the Cleveland POC Events Group and Kinky Pilates. She enjoys creating POC Safe Spaces, and does so by offering POC event’s both in person and online for kinky communities. A Pilates lover at heart, Peaches is a Certified Pilates Instructor with a concentration in Perinatal Pilates. Always on the move, and a retired professional dancer. She owns and runs a private Pilates studio in a rented space near downtown Cleveland, and also has a home Pilates studio where she instructs close friends and preferred clients only. Peaches has 42 years experience in movement, performance, training, Pilates, and educating diverse communities.

Western society sometimes teaches us that spaces on our bodies like the pelvic floor are- No No Zones. From young ages we are sometimes taught to lock it down and don’t think about it. This class allows us to safely explore what it feels like to tap into our pelvic floor through self exploration, release, and strengthening exercises.

This chat explores what true Diversity and Inclusion can look like, minus posturing with disclaimers, buzzwords, and long documents. We’ll examine why AUTHENTIC inclusion matters, why many marginalized communities have a feeling of “We tried to tell you.” How to hold ourselves and others accountable, and lastly, how to make genuine connections for TRUE Diversity and Inclusion.
