Their long red hair falls over one shoulder. They hold a riding crop in both hands while looking toward the camera with a confident expression.

I found the community in 2005, and I was off and running. In 2007 a friend dragged me to my first pony play activity at Camp Crucible — it was love at first sight. By the next year I was presenting classes. Pony play has become my first love in the BDSM community, I do love so many other things in the lifestyle as well. In my vanilla life I teach riding lessons and train horses, and I bring those same skills to pony play: I apply the principles I use with young bio horses to train the human pony. As a rider and trainer of bio horses, stepping into the role of trainer felt natural. Please do not be shy, come say hello. I love to talk about pony Play and Bio Horse at any time, so do not be a stranger let’s be friends.

2026 Classes

Pony Play Introduction (1)
Have you watched those graceful ponies and their handlers and thought, “I want to try that”? This introductory class is your gateway into pony play. You will experience what it’s like to be both pony and handler, learn basic tack and how to use it safely, and watch a demonstration of the three foundational gaits every pony should know. Aspiring handlers will be taught core commands and shown how to give them with confidence and care. Come explore the playful world of pony play and learn the skills you need to get started.

How to be a Pony Handler (1)
In this hands-on introduction you will learn how to be an attentive, effective handler. We will cover how to guide and direct a pony using reins and other signaling aids to get the pony to walk, trot, canter, halt, turn, and back. Instruction includes demonstrations and practice in lunging, in-hand work, and basic cart handling. We will finish with a focused session on safety—what to watch for in your pony, how to prevent common problems, and best practices to keep everyone comfortable and secure.

Psyche of the Bio Horse (1)
In this workshop you will learn how to make pony play feel more authentic to the biological horse. Ideal for ponies and handlers with no prior equestrian experience, the class explains why horses move and react the way they do and how to translate those mannerisms into your pony persona or handling style. Topics include horse body language (ears, head, tail, posture), natural gaits and transitions, herd and flight/avoidance instincts, and common startle and calming behaviors. You will practice movement, cues, and timing to create believable, safe interactions and learn how to blend authenticity with participant comfort. No previous horse experience required.
